"Save yourself the time! First impressions are everything and when you call a business with general questions you should not be met with an employee who is dismissive, rude, and generally does not appear to want your business. Tone is everything I would highly advise that you tell your employees to watch their tone as you never know who is on the other line, and potential business that you are missing out on. Save yourself some time, do a little more research and find a business that is willing and is sincerely happy to assist! Horrible service if I could give negative stars I would."
