"I made a HUGE mistake coming here. I wanted to like this place since it's close to my work. Its dingy interior with karaoke style instrumental music playing should have been my clue to leave. All I needed was to have my gel nail polish removed. I walked to the door and it was locked, but a lady came quickly to the door to open it. She was friendly and asked what I needed. I replied, "I just need my gel polish removed and a manicure with no nail polish." Sounds easy right?! Apparently it was not. I sat down and another lady came up to me to inspect my hands. They were speaking Vietnamese and all I heard was "gel polish." The lady working on me then grabbed her drill and began to aggressively file the gel polish off! So much that it WAS HURTING!!!! She even grazed the skin of my finger with the drill!!! Worst part...she didn't even get all of the nail polish off and now my nails are SO TENDER from her drilling!!! Not once did she try to use acetone. She went strictly drill. Honestly, I have never ever gotten a manicure to the point of leaving in PAIN! BTW, this was $25!!!"
