"I don't recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Yes they did some updates on the apartments but they're not all that nice. I have MOLD and mildew on my furniture from the apartments and the management doesn't want to do anything about it neither will HUD or the health department. I would think twice about moving here."
"Low income apartments. Looks to be about 40 years old and no modern upgrades. Seems peaceful most of the time. Scott the manager is nice and professional, but I bet he could be tough if needed. I would give a higher score if it was more modern."
