Pretty much non-existent – just got a basic apology email every time a contacted them. Won't be shopping here again and suggest you don’t either."

So they practice and preach sustainability, but hire immigrants for the behind the scenes work."

"Missed a return window. Had a dress that I bought for Xmas that had a 7 day return window once it was presented at Xmas. Contact them early feb to ask about switching size. Was told it was too late. Life happens and their return policy is definitely not consumer based. Won’t ever buy from them again. Sara from customer service should also take a class in CS."
