"Saturday night tour with our guide Courtney. She was an outstanding storyteller. We walked the downtown area stopping at various buildings for a short ghost story. Very entertaining tour, based on Franklin history. There were about 25 people in the tour group and Courtney was able to project her voice so everyone could easily hear. We had a snag with our booking, but the customer service was top notch and they made work."
