"I lived there back in 2013ish, and when I first moved in things were merely ok, the stair wells always smelled like piss, the wall under window had black mold building up on it, when I would put a maintenance request in it would take up to 4 days before they came around. never really honestly would fix anything. they did not uphold their end of contract of maintaining a safe and peaceful place to live, cops were always coming into the apartments busting meth labs, and arresting dealers that lived there. Once I moved out they try to hit me with a cleaning bill of over 1500 saying I left my apartment a mess, And when I went to get evidence for an attorney I was looking to speak to, they magically claimed it was wrong apartment. I would not suggest this place to an enemy. Also when I left they were in the process of trying to get people that were paying monthly to leave so they could make more money, making people pay an astronomical amount per week"

"THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD I moved from another state, and the apartment does not look anything like the photo. It is filthy and tiny, and they won't refund me my money. I put down a deposit over the phone, and when I arrived, I noticed that it was very old and that the shower needed to be redone. To treat people that way, especially in today's society, is extremely embarrassing. Maybe it is why she insisted that I receive the deposit so quickly."

"Where do I begin! First of all I DO NOT recommend this place!!!! I moved here from another state and the moving process was alright but it just went downhill from there. In January 2022 when I first moved in, I noticed that the door to the apartment would get stuck. I called the maintenance department and I asked them to fix the door for me and all he did was scrape the paint off the inside and it only temporary fixed the issue. As the weather started to change, the door would still keep getting stuck and I called the maintenance person again to fix it. He did the exact same thing, and it still didn’t fix the issue. I asked them to completely replace the door, but they refused and said when we move out, they will replace the door. Fast forward to the end of the year we plugged in Christmas lights inside our apartment and the electricity would continue to go out. We had to call maintenance multiple times to fix the outage which is very frustrating. Each apartment should have the power to sustain, multiple appliances plugged in to the wall. Throughout the time that I lived there, there were roaches all the time. We had to put our dog in daycare last minute because they needed to spray the entire apartment and they gave us no choice. This did not help with the roaches. There was also black mold on the windowsill and inside the shower. When I called maintenance, all they did was cover it up with caulk. The neighbors next to us would constantly smoke weed and be loud at all times especially when we are trying to sleep for work the next day. I actually called the police twice to tell them to turn the music off. While using the laundry room, it was always very dirty, very dusty, and the washer machines would constantly overflow. One other frustrating part of living here was the inconsistency with the management. I feel like every time I called someone different would answer the phone and I never knew who was managing the complex. The final and most frustrating part of living here was after asking many times to get the door replaced. I finally was leaving for work and I could not get the door open. I tried pulling it, and I was ultimately stuck in my own apartment. I was by myself and scared so I actually ended up calling 911 to help and get me out of my own apartment. I was shaken up and very frustrated and they still did not replace my door. I am so glad to be out of this complex and I will NEVER EVER recommend living here to anyone. I never felt safe as a woman living there. I was never happy here, and I am so glad to be out of there."

"Wow, what a difference new management makes. Over the last 2 months the property has changed dramatically. Renovations are going on everywhere. They have gotten rid of the bugs and continue to spray every week. You cant beat the price and the apartments look great."
