"Please do not work with this business. I don't want to give this business even 1 star. The name of assistant is Carla Tapia. I requested the proof to check my artwork on a product through email but she didn't reply me back. So I called her on a next day and she said I will get it by at the end of day. So I waited but she didn't send it to me. It's already been about a week to get the proof since I requested the job. My client was waiting for the proof at the moment. Because my client didn't get the proof on time, they want to cancel the job. But I convinced them. On a next day, I called her that why she didn't send the proof yesterday. She didn't even say sorry. Just saying that she can't send it to me because there were lots of work. Now she is saying I have to wait about 1, 2 day or another week. While we were talking about the problem, she was very rude. She didn't care what she said. I felt I needed to shut up and just wait. Their customer service is really sucks. I believe if there is a delay, they she has to notify me at least. if you are considering working with this business, DO NOT WORK with them.Also, If you are already working with them please be aware especially the assistant is Carla Tapia."
