"I showed the lady the cut I wanted and she didn't know how so she just used her machine and scissors."
"I came here today to have my 11yr old daughters hair trimmed. I usually have Nancy do mine or my daughter's hair. I decided to give one the other workers man with spiked blonde hair a try. I ended getting ripped off! First he acted like he did not know how to cut hair by trimming it with a shaver and having to ironing it to see if it was straight even thou I said I did not want her hair ironed. He kept cutting it so strangly dry and snipping a piece here and there. Looks cricked and kept saying it was evening. Then proceeds to charge me $35 for men or women! I said childs hair says $18 he then says that's for 5 and under. It doesn't state that. I wasn't charged that when she was 10. I will never go back. I am horrified and angry of whole ordeal."
