"Pros: - You can call ahead same-day and ask if you and a friend can come in for gel nail polish. They’ll say yes. - Place is easy to find and parking is easy - They will try to make conversation - She offered to fix my nails for free in case something goes wrong Cons: - They will yell at you in front of a waiting customer for coming in with a friend because you “didn’t tell them on the phone it was two people” Just to show the waiting customer that it is not indeed the business’ fault the customer has to wait ~15-20 minutes. - One of the ladies was rushing, going back and forth between me and another customer. (Without changing gloves) - She was in such a rush that she kept DRILLING MY SKIN and one of my fingers bled, and my fingers sore - Lumpy, uneven nail polish - Spots missed on the nails - $51 for gel polish and this service??? Lol This was my first experience at a nail salon, and I wouldn’t come back here again. Not my friend’s first time and she felt the same."

"My nails look okay. I got gel polish, no manicure because I don't like my cuticles cut. So considering that, she did not shape my nails which is normal for non-manicures. But the paint job is just really really sloppy. Like paint on my fingers and cuticles, bubbles in the paint, gaps where she missed the side of my nail, gaps where she missed clear coat... Again, my nails look okay; it's just mid. This service was $25, for reference."

"Amy does a good job. I got a Gel Mani/Regular Pedi, total was $65. I had to ask her to paint to the edges of my nail beds and she didn't get upset when I asked that (sometimes the artists get really annoyed at other salons which is really poor customer service). She also recommended an ointment from her home country to help grow out some of my damaged nail beds but it was a bit pricey at $10 for a tiny dropper bottle of mystery ointment."
