"The staff is always nice and helpful."

"Walked into the store and saw a man folding denim. Took a browse around and had some questions about a specific fit. The man folding denim was still at the front of the store, so I walked up and asked for help. He very rudely tells me he doesn’t work there (why are you folding multiple pairs of pants??) I then see a man standing beside the register and ask him for help. He also says “I don’t work here” (why are you behind the register???) I then laugh and ask ok does anyone work here?! At that point an extremely uncomfortable looking and visibly annoyed guy appears and shrugs at me? He literally says “yeah” followed by an awkward pause as if he was annoyed? I asked my question and he quickly replies “no” and walks away. This was the strangest Levi’s experience I’ve ever had. I was shopping for multiple pairs of denim and left without purchasing anything. Their poor customer service and lack of attentiveness is likely why customers are folding, standing near registers, etc."

"Walked in, hung out ten minutes, ended up helping a customer with some company history and absolutely no one even said hello or good bye the entire time. Thanks guy."
