"I have been coming here for several years and it only gets better. The atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful. Everybody is friendly and respectful. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. And best of all, my pedicure lasts for weeks."

"There had been occasions where I still had to wait to be seated although I had made an appointment, few times where it had been over an hour. I would be given the tech I had not selected and they would rush to get to the next client. Nails would come out mediocre for the price they charge + the cuticles being cut into. The problem is they take everyone and don’t look at the appointment list ahead of time. It’s disappointing as I had some great experiences with certain techs. I’ll be looking for other salons around the area."

"I’ve been going to this salon for over 2 years now and I’ve been consistently satisfied! There was only maybe once when I did not get the design or the full outcome that I wanted. Went in today for a dark green summer design and they did my nails just like the photo I showed them!"

"I went yesterday with my son and husband. We all got pedicures which was great. Myself and husband could tell they were talking about us, but that’s not my issue. I asked for a basic manicure for my son, he’s 6 and since why not. He saw that I got color on my toes and asked if he could get blue on his fingers I said okay. After he was done he had to go sit in front to let the dry. When he got up from the seat he messed up 2 fingers I let the lady know, but she never fixed them. I had to go sit for my new set. I showed the lady who was doing my feet the pictures and asked if she could do it she said yes. She did not prep my nails completely. I had old clear polish on she just took the filing machine and went over my nails then started the tips. She didn’t hit my cuticles. She cut two of my fingers and I was bleeding, a pinkie on one hand, a middle on the other. She was literally working on two fingers at a time once it came to putting the color on and she kept messing up. I was there for hours. She also had gotten color on my hands. Lastly when we were ready to pay someone was at the front, but when we moved forward they left and we were just standing there. We literally could have walked out of there and never paid. I had to ask someone if we could pay. 77 for this set and can’t even get my cuticles cleaned and all the excess acrylic on my fingers."

Everyone is super nice and helpful and the stations were so organized and clean. I appreciate Annie’s help in deciding what nails to go with :) the French tip is super neat and just amazing.
