"Lol.. Issues? If you’re talking about appointment changes, then get real. Everyone has to change. I waited many times for late stylists as well as tolerating being put with a stylist I didn’t sign up for numerous times. I have spent thousands with your salon and tipped everyone generously. Doesn’t surprise me that you’d turn on the customer. I’m not welcome, but a woman who was clearly smoking drugs while being at work is… sound normal or like good business? Yes, you absolutely should have offered for me to come in and have a service for free~ cost and DRUG free. I paid $55 to smell POT for an hour. I guess this is what Yelp is for."
