"I don't have to post a review as you can see Jim doesn't need it. Just wanted to share that I've come here for many years and Jim is fast and gives great haircuts (and I'm very particular about my hair). Jim has become family to me. On two occasions he's showed me his true, wonderful character. I once forgot my wallet and he says to me, "You think I care Tommy? You can pay me back next time!" And the second time, I came to get my haircut, I told him in conversation that my Dad had passed away very recently. He not only didn't charge me for his service, but he cut me a check to help me out for my Dad's funeral. That's the type of guy Jim is, and because of that I'll be his long time customer. Thank you, Jim."

"Lin did my bayalage and saved my hair from a disaster that I created! She was so meticulous and got the color just right! My hair is extra stubborn when I go lighter and usually comes out brassy unless my colorist knows how to bleach/tone. I can say for certain that Lin definitely knew what she was doing and did an EXCELLENT job at it. I’ll be back!"

"I’m giving 3 stars because they’re not consistent in what they charge. I went to this place twice - first time for shampoo+ haircut+blowdry and a month later, second time for only shampoo+blowdry and Jim charged me the same for both times. When I asked him why it’s the same even though I didn’t get a haircut, he said “you have a lot of hair” which is weird because I had the same amount of hair a month ago."
