"First time here, and they were great!!! I came kind of late, and they still took me. Frannie did my nails, and she did exactly what I wanted, removing old acrylic, cutting way down, and painting with gel. And she gave me a wonderful massage too. I will definitely go again in the future."

"Terrible, they put the water so hot for a pedicure and kept cutting me with the cuticle cutters! You can tell they are constantly making fun of you and the manager is very unprofessional. Once everything was done and I had to pay she automatically asked for tip and had charged me more as a tip as well! Totally unprofessional and just awful to take someone’s money like that"

"This place is super unprofessional. As soon as you walk in they don’t even say hello. Instead, the 6+ workers that work there (they have too much workers it’s SUPER CROWDED) just whisper to each other & make you feel super unwelcome! I come here because its my local nail salon & sometimes I need a last minute set but this will be the last time I come here. Every time when I finish paying, the owner Mimi asks me OUT LOUD in front of everybody how much I want to leave for tip as in if I HAD to leave a tip & makes me feel forced. Btw , they rush your job ALL THE TIME. PLEASE SKIP THIS SALON , it is NOT recommended!"

"Went in on 11/09 to get a last minute full set and pedicure before my birthday weekend vacation (it was suggested due to my time crunch) I absolutely regret it!! My birthday was Saturday 11/12 and by then nails had already started breaking, one broke, the others lifted near the nail bed before breaking completely. Not to mention the messed up cuticles on both hands and toes. No pumice stone used during my pedicure and I’m sure that’s a least standard. What put the icing on the cake when she told me my total ($110) and I had $100 cash and asked if I could use Apple Pay. She then proceeds to tell me that she gets charged a lot to use card and to pay all the cash and then we would still charge my card the difference (and charged $5 to use my card!!!) if I had the option to do it all again, I’d paint my own nails clear and keep that $100."

"This place is great! Very hard to try out nail salons when traveling and Mimi immediately greeted me, sat me right down while the salon was very busy and she did a fantastic job on my nails. She constantly asked me if everything looked good and she was very patient with plus she did my full set in under an hour. I will come back here because it was a wonderful experience and there were so many returning customers coming in which was a great sign."
