"The middle eastern lady working there has no clue how to wax, on top of that she is distracted talking on her phone continuously with someone. She left a scar on my upper lip doing waxing. Very ignorant towards customer service."

"Horrible experience!!! Been here before, and came today i called at 7:30 and asked if she had time for a walk in and she said yes. Go there and went in and at 7:53 she says she cant take me in anymore and i let her know how she told me she did have time and she answers with "I said 7:50" when it was literally 7:53. Truly upset traveled from castro valley to here. The way she talked to me is very much absurd, disrespectful, and disappointing. Never coming here again."

"I've been coming to this brow spot for over a year now. It has always been a pleasant experience until today. It's 6:11pm on a Saturday and it's really busy. I went in and asked how long the wait was going to be. I was told 25 minutes. I kindly let the heavier set lady (didn't ask for her name) know I will be sitting right outside in my car, since every seat was taken at this point by other patrons. I saw a few more people go in but I didn't think much of it, since the lady already seen me and was informed I would be waiting. After waiting for 25 minutes, I returned at 6:36pm (salon closes 7pm). The lady now said, "sorry we are closed now there's still other people waiting." I told her I was the one waiting outside (seeing that she accepted new people after me). She now claims that she told me that I would lose my spot if I stepped outside and I should've sat inside. This made no sense because 1. there was no space inside the salon to sit unless I sat on someone's lap, and 2. she could've made a it clear to me as I was walking out, and I was parked in direct view/in front of the salon she could've even waved at me to let me know that I needed to sit in the salon. I told her I didn't hear her if she had said so, and she said, word for word, "this is your problem" with a smirk on her face. Never have I experienced such rude service in this salon. If she had apologized and told me to come back the next day, it would've been fine. But the fact that she was this rude to a returning customer was appalling. I would not recommend this place to others at all."
