"Been in murfreesboro for awhile now and I've stayed at atleast 3 different apartments - East Main by far the best! Biggest room! Comes with a whole couch/living room thing in each room. Everything stainless steel! Not gon find a better spot unless you move cross town istg"

"I give this apartment a 2 because when you first move in you go through a lot! Between mold, bugs, and air. The air conditioning are always out and it takes forever for them to get fixed. After about a year it does get a little better!!"

"Great location and layout. Each room has more than enough space for an enjoyable living experience. However, there are some vital negatives that affected my time here. The internet (both cellular and wifi) are horrible. As a student, I was unable to complete basic assignments for school along with check my email so I was having to go to the library basically every night simply to do assignments that took 5 minutes. Management consistently told us they were working on the issue but 6 months later it has still not been fixed and barely been addressed. Also issues with the a/c happen extremely often during the summer which can provide an uncomfortable couple of weeks."

"By far the most poorly managed Apartments near Mtsu. Management is unprofessional, rude, unorganized. Make sure you purchase extra insurance for your student as there's that you pay into does not cover you at all just the apartment itself. They will be extremely unprofessional and take forever to get back to you if you have a problem or something damages your apartment that is out of your control. Would not recommend unless you want to stress damages, or having to pay even more out of pocket for insurances for things such as floods or damages."

"If I could rate a place zero stars I would. This place is horrible and by far the worst place I’ve even been too. From day one of moving here, the air barely works, the dryer has a burning smoke smell, the washing machine leaks water to the point where the water leaks and soaks up my carpet, there are gnats in the refrigerator, leftover food in the mini fridge freezer that someone left. And what does the employees of East Main Quarters do, nothing. They claim they’ll get back to you and make maintenance request for you, but they’re probably just telling you that because that’s what you want to hear. I’m frustrated, irritated, that I’m wasting money on an overprice organization, company or whatever, that literally scams people into thinking these are luxury apartments when really it’s horrible."
