"Personally, I am not pleased with the changeover in management. The apartment complex, which was once a decent facility, has gone downhill fast. The amenities are not the same and the price doesn't justify the cost as it did with the previous owners. There are a number of opportunities they can take advantage of but hopefully they will be better in the future."
"This is a beautiful property with large, spacious apartments. I love the kitchens and walk-in closet in the primary bedroom. Also, the staff is very helpful with any questions or issues that arise."
"New Management has been better with caring for the community, until this winter weather came in. I've experienced other Mt. Juliet campuses that don't bother to plow or salt driveways & sidewalks. Leaving us with a sheet of ice everywhere and cars can't get out unless you have 4-wheel drive is unacceptable!"
"Before the new management, I would have left a 5 star review, as my issues were always resolved in a timely manner and everyone was so so kind. Since the new management has come in, I feel like they are all business and less personal than the previous management. I have also had a missing package, and used to receive emails when packages arrived in the clubhouse, and working all day everyday does not allow me to go by the clubhouse during business hours. Therefore, I have called to see if they have a package for me (prior to taking it up with Amazon), and they are telling me they’re unable to check the package room to even tell me yes/no. It’s very frustrating, and at this point we have had 3-4 inspections done in the last month which is absurd in my opinion. Aside from feeling like the new management has changed the feeling of things, I do enjoy the complex and the apartment itself. It’s clean, it’s beautiful, and the maintenance men are always great and timely."
