"Total fraudsters, from the desk lady to the actual dentist. Charging customers co-pays and collecting from insurance as well. They claim the insurance companies don't pay them enough for services. Additionally they add a $5 fee to see the dentist and if you ask for a receipt they get upset. Stay away!!!"
"I WENT IN WITH NO PROBLEM, CAME OUT WITH A BIG PROBLEM. I went for a cleaning. They told me to do the X-ray scan and said they found a "BIG" cavity. I did not feel pain or anything in the area but decided to treat it because they insisted it was big. Right after the treatment, my teeth started being sensitive and now I can't use that side to eat or drink, especially cold ones. I went in again and was told there was a gap between my silver filling and teeth. The doctor shaved some filling and told me to wait another 6 weeks. It took them less than 10 minutes to treat me. I did not think they were going to charge me because the bad filling work is on them. But they took deductible of $55. Their reasons for charging me the deductibles is because I did not contact them sooner (2nd visit was after about 3 months) and they had to do Xray to see what was going on... Also, deductibles are $50 but they sneaked in $5 of sanitation service fee, without telling me, although I made it clear I did not want to pay it because there is no special COVID sanitation service. Maybe they did this because I declined the cleaning service and thought I wouldn’t be a repeat patient… At this point, I can not trust this dentist and wonder if I got scammed. I hope my teeth get better and I will be able to enjoy cold food and drinks again. I will have a second opinion elsewhere."
"First time coming here I was recommend by a friend, was able to schedule me next day for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. I didn't mind much what I had to pay even though I didn't have medical they seen me and did a great job. I hate going to the dentist, but I was numbed all the way it was in less time than I expected both top and bottom wisdom were pulled out quick and painless. I do recommend this dentist office friendly, kind, and calm to get a job done."
"The most rudest front desk I've ever met! I was supposed to be seen by this dr because close to my house and also my sister was being seen by them. They charge 1$ copay even to the patient who doesn't have any copay! Why I'm supposed to pay 1$copay if I don't have any copay and plus you guys charge also the insurance company?? For not forgetting that if patient wants medical record they will charge patients 25$. My sister as their office dr said needs to get braces and they will charge 4000$ for it. I asked why does she needs braces? No answer! I called them to cancel my and my sister appointment. They said for me it's cancelled but for my sister I will need to call back again and the front desk lady didn't let me finish talk that she cut the phone on my face without letting me talk for a second! I thought this will be a good and nice dr but I was completely wrong!"
"I went for the first time for a cleaning and check up witch went great people there was really nice but after that a few months pasted I had to get a tooth pulled mind you my first x-ray showed I had a hole I'm my tooth (the one I need to get pulled) but they kept trying to convince me to get a root canal . everytime I made a appointment they want to charge a $50 fee for any medication or an x-ray that needed to be done (again I have medi-cal) and charge for a co-pay (witch I shouldn't have) witch is $1 (its not a lot but still it should be FREE) everytime I came in . I HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLAVE TO ANYONE ."
