"I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my first visit to Western Dental, specifically at the Fremont Blvd office, on March 11th , 2024. My experience fell short of expectations, and I wish to bring these issues to your attention. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, I encountered an extensive wait time of over an hour despite having made prior arrangements. Subsequently, I underwent X-rays and a dental examination, following which I was presented with a package deal totaling $1600 for a deep cleaning procedure. This was contrary to my original request for a regular cleaning, which I had clearly communicated during the appointment booking process. Furthermore, I found the demeanor of the attending dentist to be unprofessional and dismissive. Despite my insistence on receiving the initially requested service, I was met with arrogance and refusal. The staff's focus seemed solely on upselling additional services and payment options, neglecting to address my primary reason for the visit and refused the general cleaning service. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT WESTERN DENTAL."

"I waited over 1 hour and 30 min to get 3 min check up… And this is not the first time, whenever I visit here, usual wait time is around an hour. Please don’t overbook appointments. If appointment is at 11am, that doesn’t mean you can start all the preparation after and take a patient 1 hour later."

"I visited the hospital for my sensitive tooth, I was seen by Dr. Aurora, when I told her about my sensitivity she mis diagnosed my sensitive tooth. She is very rude with patients. They will try to take x-rays and bill insurance with out doing general cleaning"

"Awful customer service and dental practices at Western Dental! Seems like the majority of staff doesn't know what they're doing or how to properly look at xrays. How did any of them even pass their exams? These ladies act like they know everything but know nothing at all. It's always a terrible experience at this location! One lady asked someone I was with if she could remove the implant bridge in her mouth when she could clearly see that they are permanent unless a specialist removes them. The visit was specifically for a consultation to remove a tooth with the root showing. Nothing else! Yet this lady was trying to do more than she was supposed to, to try and sell services while yelling like a crazy person! I advise anyone planning to visit this location to find a better dental clinic, which are plenty that are beyond better located in the area. I'm not sure how this place is still in business! They all need to be evaluated and tested by practice knowledge, performance, and personality, then replaced! There are so many unqualified members at this location who enjoy wasting other's valuable time! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies! It was such a terrible experience."

"If I can give 0 I would. Horrible. The people at the office were pleasant, but that can only take you so far. We scheduled an appointment to see an oral surgeon for a tooth extraction a couple weeks prior. During our visit today, 12-19-2023 we were not seen by a dentist. Took an x ray, shown a room and I’m guessing the assistant came in looked at the x ray and said the doctor is out. She also said it was beyond the dentist’s scope and the oral surgeon will not be in until the following Tuesday. I explained to her we were scheduled to see the oral surgeon for the tooth extraction. I asked her why we were scheduled on a day where the surgeon would not be in and why the dentist has yet to see us. Long story short it was a waste of our time. We weren’t seen by a dentist. Waited for an hour without any communication and now we will have to wait longer to see a dentist and enduring the pain even longer"
