"I all the way came from San Jose to get hair cut, the barber called me to be seated , when I seated to start getting hair cut , at this moment someone gets in , and she said can you go back to have seat and she side she will work on that person , so embarrassing"

"Do not go here. Asked for a trim of two inches, half my hair was chopped off one minute into the cut, so they ended off taking four or five inches. Ladies here take too much liberty and usually don’t listen to customers until it’s too late and it’s been that way for years. Lady cutting even had the nerve to lie about what I asked for."

"The hairdresser cut my hair really fast and she doesn't need to make the hair wet before cutting . I need to show her still have longer hair a few times and she still cannot fix the problem!!!"

"I asked for a “v” cut. My hair was slightly wavy from being braided the night before. Instead of using water, the stylist used a hot hair straightener without heat protectant constantly on the hair instead of using water and a comb (which would’ve easily straightened the hair out). Also, the “v” isn’t symmetrical. She also made me stand a couple times in the middle of the haircut to see if it was “even”. The way she did bangs wasn’t standard as she didn’t part the hair first. This was a below average, if not extremely below average haircut for $40. The straightening took all the volume out of my hair. I washed and blow dried my hair after coming home, giving it some volume back. I hesitated to even give a tip, but she spent almost 20 minutes straightening my long hair- I gave her $5 because she did put some effort in (although it should’ve been included in the price. Very unhappy and wouldn’t recommend unless you want a straight cut (the easiest of them all). The first cut she made to make sure the length was where I wanted it was also not conventional, bringing the hair to the front (it changes the angle and length and doesn’t reflect well in the back). She was all snipping randomly without any plan.. the layers aren’t even or even visible unless looked at carefully. The only thing they got right was the length of hair I wanted cut off- the tip of the “v” is where I wanted it to be. Now my sister needs to even out the back on our time. I wouldn’t recommend the place unless you have a regular stylist there who knows you well."
