"Kingwood has been my home for five wonderful years now. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. I love the park like setting with lots of grassy areas, trees and a relaxing creek running along side. We are close to MTSU, lots of restaurants and churches. If you are looking for affordable and updated apartments, Kingwood could be your next home."

"Kingwood Apartments is an outstanding apartment community/complex and it also has its own beating heart in the property manager Christina! It’s always so hard to find a place or even an apartment at that, that actually feels like home and safe, this place is all of those and Christina makes it that way, she is what makes this place so serene and peaceful, definitely worth your time and energy if you ever think about moving over here! Be ready to make friends instead of neighbors and a good team to rely on whenever a problem arises if there even is one! Me, my wife, and 8 month old son are going on our 2nd year here! Love it love it love it!"

"I found Kingwood early on in my search for an apartment and was impressed with the reviews. A place was available, but I wasn't able to come in for a tour before it was gone. I was afraid I missed out. While I was on a tour of another place, the property Christina called me to let me know of another upcoming available unit. I scheduled a tour for the next day. My boyfriend came with me since the girl I was moving in with couldn't make it. We both loved it. Christina is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The community is clean, quiet, and so cute! It seems very safe and well maintained. There were personal reasons for me eventually deciding not to move in, but I would have been proud to call Kingwood Apartments home!"

"I have lived here for about 11/2 years. I absolutely love it here. After a long search for a place that I would feel safe. Especially when I have my grandchildren over. This complex is perfect. Nice and secluded nestled behind the trees, but yet conveniently located to everything. The manager Christina and the maintenance crew are amazing. Very prompt with any cares or concerns. The grounds are very well kept. A nice and clean pool area that is very relaxing. Pet friendly is a big plus for me. Christina the manager is very informative of things that may be going on in the complex. Such as road work, bug spraying, etc. The only thing I wish was different. Maybe to update the playground area. Kingwood apartments is the best apartment living I’ve ever had. So quiet, day and night. Rachael R."

"I have been living here for 1 year and 3 months and I am very happy with the quietness of the area, neighbors and staff. I have never experienced any problems since residing here. I would like to see the police drive through occasionally, instead of the maintenance guys. (just for a sense of security) or one living here. I really have developed a nice friendly relationship with management that I think is a plus. Kingwood is home and feels that way truly! Thanks for the opportunity to voice my opinion!!"
