"The first time was good. But this second time is the reason I won’t come back. They charge to take off Gel, which doesn’t make sense if you take off polish too why charge for taking something off when you’re supposed to anyways. Although they can just scrub, they want to charge for something special. Hot stones aren’t that serious and you don’t need the scrub unless you feel like being extra. It’s not necessary. Paid $60 for one pedicure when I wanted regular and not gel the lady debated with me about gel and that I’d be charged an extra $5 to take it off but she wouldn’t charge to put it on? Came out to roughly the same amount!"

"I paid 100.00 for a fill and Pedi. It's been almost 2 weeks, and my foot still hurts when I walk. Plus, my nail and toes don't match. Supposed to be same color. Also, nails are filed uneven and different lengths. But most of all, all you hear is a bunch of people rudely speaking Chinese only. They do speak English. Real bad place. Second time I tried it"

"I’ve been going to Victoria for the past 2 years and I LOVE her! She knows how to perfectly do my lashes to fit my eyes and always does my nails exactly how I want them. Will go to Victoria as long as she’s there! She is so friendly and understanding and always gets me in even on short notice! She is the BEST."
