"So we've been here over a year, it was nice at first, but at the holidays they gave us an illegal eviction. I found out about this when they told my car because I was going to get a sticker, so I don't have to be in the visitors, and I had paid 45 dollars for a sticker when I was told it was free, and then they told us that we are evicted, we got no notice, we didn't get served papers so we didn't know we found a house, and we started moving last night, we stayed up all night, moving stuff, packing stuff and cleaning up, so they don't have to do it. And then when we went to go, move our stuff to our other home, they went in, they were supposed to yes, but although. They went and put it by the dump and broke our stuff and stole our special drinks that was given to my husband on his birthday and it was stolen, and on top of that, our son, 2 years old, has been sick for about 6 months because they have not. Changed the filters there's supposed to be changed, it was only changed once over a year and our kids have been sick over 6 months and. When you need something fixed, you have to go and look for the maintenance guy. So I wouldn't stay here unless you want to have a sick family and broken stuff and stolen. And they put cameras and trash fee without telling you"

"Save yourself....do not move into an old apartment in this community, they are trash. Mold grows out of all the vents and is ate up between the walls and ceilings. Ceilings leak and water runs through the walls steadily, you can hear it. This place is not up to code yet they keep running business as usual. The new ones are nice but not worth the leasing amount. The staff is so/so. Ram properties recently took over and they are a joke. We have been here 4 years so this is my experience and everyone around me has the same so idk how they get all these good reviews! Actually they don't unless you go back 3 years ago! Pay attention renters! See pictures of our ceilings and vents!"
