"I cannot express how much regret I have for paying my rent ontime for 3 years here as a staffing issue when our arranged move out date has caused used years of harassment. After getting stood up multiple times on our move out walk through we were told by the corporate number to leave our key and final cashiers check in the apartment. we do as requested and asked for our receipt when possible. a year goes by and we forget about this nonesense until we start getting calls statimg we didnt pay or move out properly and now the fees are tripple. Moral of the story is get everything well documented before doing anything with this apartment complex or their parent company. Especially when it comes to paying anything, regardless of their staffing issues and standing you up multiple times. Our move out date here was the day we had to finalize our new home's paperwork to get our keys and they day our dog died, we had a lot going on and still did everything requested and its been years of explaining our stiry and still getting constant calls."

"Very quiet place. Great maintenance man he is very good at what he does but there is only one and the corporate office asks so much from one person. Takes awhile for him to get to the job. I have been here for three years and there has been 5 apartment managers. Nice place but built awhile ago and needs to be maintained yet corporate office does not supply resources to accomplish the job. Staff does try very hard to make everyone happy but they are all at the mercy of corporate office."
