"I should have been more alerted when I saw the negative comments from other customers complaining about that the receptionist DINAH was the most rude person they’ve ever met on other social media. Now I’ve learned my lesson on my second visit and had the opportunity to see how rude and disrespectful , especially how weirdly emotional unstable this woman was, and also how careless and unprofessional the doctor treated the conflict caused by his employee. They just seem don’t care about their reputations and relationships with customers! Don’t even try to ask questions when you got confused by the charge, because she will say she does not have time for it and ask you to leave if you do not make another appointment right away!She would be yelling at you and ask you to get out their office even though she does not have right to do so. And how does the doctor react to the conflict?He’d only say he did not know what happened and he had no rights to manage his employee when I requested an apology after everyone has seen her craziness and disrespect on the spot. I chose this doctor only because he speaks Chinese and thought there might be better communications, but still I was totally shocked by the fact that the doctor said he forgot about our conversation as well as the agreed treatment plan on the first time when I questioned about how he would fix my teeth !!! I was also shocked by how unexpected horrible customer service they provided . The only matter they care is to make more money, they don’t even care about reputation, not to mention customer service. This is actually the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!I seriously suggest that she need to check up her mental health since she got mad so suddenly and unreasonably which did not seem like a normal situation after I’ve seen what happened. Strongly suggest to avoid this place and get a professional dentist for yourself, sincerely."

"After our dentist of 25 years retired, we have tried a few others but none of them met our expectations. After extensive research, we finally found 5-star rated Dr. Ou-Yang! We waited a free weeks to get the appointments but the wonderful experience made us feel the waiting all worthwhile. Dr. Ou-Yang was very courteous, respectful and perhaps more importantly very skillful. We feel so lucky to have a dentist in our community we can totally trust! By the way, since Dr. Ou-Yang is in very much demand and has a busy schedule, you’d better call to make an appointment sooner rather than later."

Ever since I am under his care, there has never been any major issues with my teeth except routine check-up and cleaning. He also gives great advice on how to better take care of my teeth. Even though we have to travel for almost an hour to get to his office, I am very satisfied with his service and will not want to change to any other dentist that is closer to my home. "Dr. Ou-Yang took over the office from the previous dentist we went to which we really liked. This was quite a few years ago. He made us very comfortable and is just as good as our previous dentist. One incident that happened characterizes Dr. Ou-Yang's commitment and attention to his patients. My daughter fell down and hit her teeth. It was a weekend and the office was closed. However, we called his cell and he came all the way down from his house just to check her out. There was never a question about whether we could wait until another day or office hours. Dr. Ou-Yang stays up to date on the newest technology and he takes the time to explain what is going on and what is the proposed treatment. He also connects with us and develops the relationship for the long term. There has been a bad review I read and I think it was just a misunderstanding as it doesn't fit the experience that we have had with him for at least 10 years now. A relationship with your dentist is very important and one that people seek out and rely and trust. From our long experience with Dr. Ou-Yang he is worth developing that relationship with and he really does care about your dental needs for the long run."
