It is uncomfortable that they are translating and at the same time the other person is worried about receiving another patient. Regarding the relationship between the clinic and the insurance, it is difficult to understand why as a patient you have to pay the money that the insurance pays…"

"Alamo Smiles is terribly run and unprofessional. I went here years ago and was completely dissatisfied (poor cleanings, tacking on extra fees, always late, claiming I had a cavity when I didn't etc). I thought I would try it again for a simple cleaning only because they accept Delta dental but ended up walking out after waiting 55 mins. I spent the first 15 mins waiting for the someone from the front desk and then was told to wait in a chair. I scheduled my entire work day around this appointment only to walk out. This business is so poorly run and nothing has changed in the past 5 years."

"This practice is terribly disorganized. There appears to be high turnover among its staff, as every time I have gone in there are new workers. It may have also changed ownership once or twice in the two years I treated there. I was scheduled for a routine cleaning that was cancelled upon my arrival. I did not even receive an apology for the inconvenience they caused. I was told that "someone" had attempted to contact me to reschedule. When I challenged that representation, the receptionist immediately changed the story and acknowledged that may not have been the case. Finally, every single time I treated there was an upsell on services. I do not recommend this practice. In fact, I highly recommend not treating here."
