"Worst place to stay. The parking sucks and you will even be booted as a resident. They take your tag numbers down and don’t even take the time out to see if you’re actually a resident. You are treated any kind of way. Management sucks they don’t care about anything but money. They literally charge you to breathe over here. If you are not desperate and can find another place to stay please thank twice. This is a gated complex but your car will get broken into often over here as well. For the apartments to have cameras they never catch anything!"

"I'm writing this review for someone else. All of the complaints seem to be the same, all regarding the parking situation, illegal booting, etc. This evening however, the extortionists that this company has hired will not win. I have advised the tenant to seek legal counsel, I have already contacted UDR's main office in New York because I worked in property management and can't believe how unethical a company can be. Do not bother with your canned response, if you can't accept responsibility for your third-party contracts, don't say anything at all. Your lease is clear, you pay to park, you get a permit. The permit was visible in her vehicle and she was booted anyway. A clear mistake on their part but they were unwilling to remove the boot which caused her to miss a very important situation that required childcare. We are all furious and I am advising anybody who is reading this who is a tenant or was a tenant to join in a class action lawsuit against colonnade Apartments/UDR Property management for this highly unethical and illegal policy."

"You have to pay $12 a night for guests to park at your own home. If they’re coming after six it’s two dollars an hour. You have to pay to have things delivered to your own home, late fees, if you don’t pick them up after three days. When I texted someone about this, I was told that it’s the best possible way right now for the parking issue of other people who are not residence parking on, for the residence to put the cost of making that happen. This has been the worst experience that I’ve ever had an apartment complex. I would not recommend it to anyone."

"Not only do the exploit residents down to the penny, They have lost their minds with the parking policy. ALL Guest have to pay to park just to visit, so enjoy isolation. On top of that they only allow 1 parking pass per lease and make you pay $70 a month for a port to park your second car, so if you have more than 1 vehicle don't even bother to come here. Everyone has complaints about the parking policy but they literally don't care. Look at the reviews EVERYONE is complaining about parking and they literally could careless"

"I pay monthly for 2 parking spaces. Arrived home after a 9h drive visiting family for Thanksgiving. No parking spaces available anywhere near my building. There is a "reserved" spot out front that no-one is renting, so its always empty. Decided to park there to unload and move the car after. In the time it took to bring one load up and come back down I was booted. Attendant was still standing there writing the ticket, but said there was nothing they could do since it was already in the system. I had to pay $75 to get the boot off, despite paying $60 per month for 2 parking spots just for 0 to be available. On top of that, any guests have to pay $12 per car per day to park overnight. Office uses a 3rd party service so they can claim it is out of their hands and not have to take responsibility for the terrible parking situation. I'd love to recommend this location, but when tenants can't unload their cars anywhere near the building or have guests over it kills any idea of the place feeling like a "home""
