"Do not move here! There are other affordable housing complexes to choose from. I lived here for two years and i’ll tell you why: 1. a man was shot there (saying this because it could’ve hit a stray kid) so off bat not safe for kids. 2. police are there every other day it seemed like. whether it’s an argument, domestic, etc. 3. the front office doesn’t answer calls, emails, etc. don’t even think about calling corporate. they won’t answer either 4. the apartments are so poorly built that you WILL have a bug problem (spiders, gnats, you name it). my back door never fully closed so insects (and once a lizard) was able to crawl through 5. maintenance (when they actually have a maintenance team) never fixes anything. my washing machine and dryer and oven were all dirty upon moving in. the walls, window sills, etc it’s all just painted over or you’re given some used parts to fix something that’ll break again in a few weeks. also i once put in a maintenance request because my a/c went out (which is did frequently) in the summer and no one came for a week. i put in a maintenance request to fix my closet light because it was literally about to fall out the ceiling, guess what? right! no one came. we had to fix it ourselves. and when they send people out to “clean the outside of the apartments” lol you might as well do it yourself. 6. you won’t get your security deposit back. i was gone for 60+ days before i heard anything about my deposit. then once i do, i learn that they use the entire $1300+ for false charges. 7. they switch office managers like underwear. i’ve seen 3-4 different people in that office. one leaves and the new one has no clue as to what’s going on so don’t even bother trying to re-explain yourself 8. when you go on vacation, someone will try to break into your apartment. oh, and the front office doesn’t care. i informed them of the incident and NEVER heard back. do what you please with this information and don’t let their sorry reply to this review change your mind."
