"Me and my sister have been living for two years going on three this July and let me say I love being a resident here.Deanna is such a sweetheart and so so helpful. The entire staff in the office are very respectful and kind. If you have any major problems ,the manager, Micheal is always welcomed to help . The maintenance team is great and so quick with work order requests. (The maintenance teams lives on the property) I have never had any problem my two years being a resident here. The staffing team is amazing the apartments are amazing and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to find somewhere that’s affordable, nice, and a quiet area this is the place for you."

"I enjoyed the facilities, 24/7 gym was much appreciated. Brooke was down to earth and a pleasure to work with. The pricing is very attractive and affordable especially for the space provided. If you’re in the market for a place to call home, ask for anyone at the front office they all take pleasure in serving and building the community. "We’ve lived at Belden Reserve for almost 2 years and have throughly enjoyed living here! The location is great and love how quiet and safe it is. The front office, management, and maintenance department are extremely helpful and prompt as well. Whenever we had service needs, they were quick, efficient, and exceeded our expectations! I also love the online portal to help keep information in one place (paying rent, community announcements, and inputting service requests). Belden Reserve also has fun community activities - food trucks, pet contests, holiday decorating, etc. How cool! To make Belden even better, I would appreciate follow up communication on service requests, such as if maintenance came and the status of progress/completion; something simple like a door tag that states they were here, or a phone call. I usually just get on the website and check the status of my service request or give them a phone call, which they answer right away! I would just appreciate if they reached out first - would make things more clear and convenient. Again, I love living here. This community has made our transition to Murfreesboro even better. I would recommend this community to anyone moving to the area!"

"I love my apartment at Belden reserve, it is so spacious and pretty but one thing I would especially like to point out is how incredibly nice the girls in the office have been through my move in process. Truly a breath of fresh air. Brooke sold me on leasing an apartment at belden reserve through her friendliness alone. Allura is the one who has overall helped me with the move in process and she has been amazing. She is so welcoming, professional and her communication skills are outstanding. Every time I have called their office or came by, the young ladies at the front have been more than happy to answer any and all of my questions. They have been so helpful, welcoming and kind."

Our apartment is spacious, the community is quiet and lively with lots of dogs walking and kids playing, making this feel very cozy and like the perfect place for us to feel welcomed! The staff has all been very pleasant in all of my interactions and my apartment is absolutely wonderful. We are so happy to call Belden our Home!"
