"I paid for a dip manicure in my usual 23 Burgundy dip powder. The owner proceeded to use a pink candy red powder. When I told her it was the wrong color she proceeded to tell me that it will darken and that it is the correct color. Well... one hour later and a gritty finished fuchsia pink color later, the owner states that she mislabeled the new jars and that its not her fault it's the wrong color. I wasn't offered a redo or a discount. Only told that she would paint over the dip powder with a dark color like she does for other clients. I have never EVER had a dip or regular manicure like this. I'm pretty upset about the experience. It was my one time treating myself and I walked away paying $70+ tip for what I didn't ask for. And they didn't even clean up my cuticles. Just pushed them out of the way during the dip and messed them up with the machine. Really disappointed."

But numerous times, she has taken walk on customers to make me wait, tell me it be quick, sure but another 20 mins on my parking and holding up my time just so you can make a bit more money while I had appt tim .
