Forever Nails

"The first time I came here my nails came out beautiful and I was very happy with the service. The second time I came and a different lady repaired my nail, she cut me with the drill rushing and that's a big trigger for me. I told her the nail she replaced my nail with was a different style and she argued with me. When I showed my partner who doesn't do or care for nails they pointed out the difference. I went back today and sat with Mike who was nice but the work wasn't the best. I asked for chrome and when it was applied the top coat or whatever they were using was separating, instead he buffed the nails and applied more of the chrome and same top coat and it got thicker doing the same thing. I told him let's not do the chrome and he agreed it was the polish. I sat through more drilling off the polish which took more time.. I opted for a simple pink. The end result was just sloppy looking and blobby... I also noticed there was no apex to my nails, and the air bubbles were back - slight but still there shouldn't be bubbles in the polish. There was just oil put on my hands that had drill powder on them and left over nail polish still on my nails. I was exhausted and I knew he was too. I told the manager and she opted to do my nails for me again but I didn't have it in me to sit through round three of drilling. I asked for my money back and she obliged which i appreciated.. I am so disappointed because I thought this place was great but I am just tired of advocating for quality service."

"I love the people there. They’re happier than other places but every time I go my nails are so think they don’t look natural. So I go home and fix them. Not worth it if you like your nails to look natural and gorgeous"

"Lady drew blood by yanking a sliver of my skin from the side of my toenail. When I yelped she looked up and continued about her business, not even acknowledging what she just did. The guy working the counter didn't even ask for a tip because I think he knew they messed up. It's a few hours later and my toe is freaking painful. Also the paint job is terrible On top of that, for whatever reason, they refuse to give the customers the remote for the massage chairs and only run it for 5 minutes..? I had to ask several times for the remote before they finally gave it to me."
