"Everyone is so nice & accommodating. The staff really take into consideration one's previous experience at the dentist and try to make you as comfortable as possible. There are payment plans available and this place is easy to contact via phone and text."

"Place used to be decent. However, recently they changed the management structure and destroyed their own business. Their only concern now is over charging you for services and finding loopholes in the insurance system to make you pay directly. Shady. Terrible customer service and now that they let go their best employee, the actual dental service is subpar. There are literally 10 other dentists in a sq. mile radius - explore other options if you care about your teeth, or service or price."

"This was my first visit since my hygienist of many years, Kerri, was not there. She’s the reason I stayed with this practice since there have been several changes in dentists over the years. The dentists were all fine by the way. The cleaning by the very nice new hygienist was not nearly as thorough as I’m used to with Kerri. Really disappointed and will be looking elsewhere."

"I noticed some odd changes recently in this practice. The only reason I started going to this office was because a long time hygienist was highly recommended to me. Apparently, a new office manager felt she didn’t bring value to the practice after 24 years of loyal service caring for her patients. In addition, I just found out the dentist I was scheduled to see in a couple of weeks is leaving due to not agreeing with the new office procedures. No one called me to tell me I wouldn’t be seeing this dentist and this has happened before where I walk in expecting to see someone else only to be told I would be seeing someone different. I am now on a search for a new dental office and hope I will be able to follow Kerri once she lands at a new office. It’s unfortunate profit over patients has become the primary focus of this office."

"I have been coming here for over 10 years and have noticed quite a few negative changes recently. I have never had any issue with the level of care from the dentists here as they have always been top notch. Luz at reception has always been fantastic as have others who have disappeared recently...I don't know the reasons but miss seeing the smiling familiar faces. I should have known things were going downhill when a lady I have never seen before was hovering over me while I was in the chair with a clip board in hand regarding billing.... Really?.. That was a first and very unprofessional. She never introduced herself, but I got the feeling she is in some position of authority. Now i hear the best Dental Hygienist I have ever had has been dismissed. Kerri is amazing and very good at what she does while making the teeth cleaning experience fun with her personality and quick wit. It is sad to see my Dentist office going downhill and can only assume. the new lady with clipboard is responsible for the poor choices. Kerri being fired in December is the last straw! Id would like to beat Ms Clipboard to the punch before she fires me as a patient. I QUIT!!! Merry Xmas. PS....Our family's now in search of a new Dentist office and any recommendations would be great."
