"After seeing more than 35 apartment complexes from Brentwood to Franklin to Murfreesboro, we decided to make Panther Creek our home. We've been her for 6 months now and could not be happier. Every amenity they have listed on their website is ACTUALLY available. I could not be more pleasing. The staff and maintenance here are wonderful. Not perfect but who is. This is the first time I've moved out of state and they have made this transition very. I'm very grateful for the Panther Creek Parc community!"

"I give this a 4 and not a 5 because no apartment complex is perfect BUT the Panther Creek Parc comes close! What I like most about them is the management staff. They are very personable. They know my name and use it every time I see them. The activities they have always are family friendly. I can complain about my upstairs loud stomping(at 12 -1 am) neighbors, but hopefully they will move out soon! I would love to stay!"

"My husband and I have lived here for over a year and have enjoyed every day of it! From day one, the staff (especially Logan, Chad, and Adam) have gone above and beyond to be accommodating. If we have a maintenance request, Logan is at our door within minutes. Even in the middle of the night! If we have a concern or need (no matter how small), Chad addresses it immediately and effectively. Thanks to Adam’s firm positivity and honest reflections on all aspects of the property, we took a chance on renting here and we are so grateful that we did. Praises continue: The whole property is surrounded by gorgeous trees and careful landscaping. The pool is secluded (away from the road and not surrounded by apartments - thank goodness!) salt water, and laid out beautifully with grills and plenty of seating. The gym is clean and most of the equipment is up to date. The community amenities are more diverse than other rental communities and they are always refining them to stay current or make us feel more comfortable. The staff also works hard to create fun community experiences and offers deals and treats as often as possible. All apartments have high ceilings, updated appliances, ours has hardwood flooring, and our balcony has a screened in porch to keep bugs away while we relax. We have found a haven that feels like home and are surrounded by a staff that cares about our experience. Fully satisfied and grateful! The only complaints I could utter would be tenant related and that’s out of the staff’s control and unavoidable in apartment living, but the staff here addresses issues quickly, and as promised."

"I have lived at Panther creek for almost 4 years. The staff is fantastic; kind, helpful, and welcoming. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, it has been handled quickly and professionally. The grounds are well kept and kept clean. I feel safe here and I am happy that this is my home."

"When I moved in, I was told parking was by permit only, maintenance was great, the reviews were amazing. Not quite the real picture. Many parking spaces are filled with cars with no permits. The day before I received the keys I was told the closet door had to be replaced, that it would happen in two weeks, so I moved in. It is six weeks later, I have a door but no handle and its not painted. I've had mold issues, that are hopefully remedied. At least the gates work and you can use one grill."
