Everything went so smoothly when we signed our lease. She had everything ready to go.Although we just moved in. We had friends who lived here and said how great it was and how much they enjoyed living here. Everyone in the office and the maintenance technicians was super nice and very welcoming."

"The Most Sincere Apartment Review! Initially gave Cross Creek a 4 star review, but after living here the rating has dropped to a 1 star review. Cross Creek use to care about their residents several years ago, but ever since COVID appeared in 2020, it's all about getting your money! 1. Rent is ridiculously high everywhere! A 1-3 Bedroom apartments on average cost $1,600-$2,400/month! Also, expect to pay an additional $300/month for internet, trash compactor, valet trash, common electricity usage from amenities, electricity, water, etc. Paying over $2,000/month before considering your car, gas, grocery expenses does not seem like a great deal. 2. Maintenance is not what it use to be anymore. Unless there is an emergency, don't expect any of your work orders to be completed within 30 days. There are only 2 maintenance people, but only 1 does work orders while the other does ground maintenance. Most people that accepted a maintenance role here don't even last 2 weeks. Very high turn over rate, and clearly there are multiple reasons for that. 3. The cleanliness of the apartments and leasing office are fair, but if you ever use the outside pool bathroom, you will be completely disgusted! Both bathrooms look and smell atrocious! They have looked like this for over a year, and there are also no cleaning supplies! How are you suppose to use the restroom and wash your hands without soap, tissue, or paper towels? 4. After discussing and submitting a list of great social events nearly a year ago to have some entertainment and get to know other residents in your community, nothing has been considered. This place only seems to care about getting your monthly payments! Cross Creek annual revenue is $6,000,000! However, they refuse to do anything fun or engaging for their residents. It's a real shame! 5. What's the point of residing in a gated community when the gates are always open 24/7? Would be dishonest to call Cross Creek apartments a safe community when anyone can walk or drive through the property. There is no using for the gate card because you will likely never use it. Cross Creek clearly gave up on trying to make Door King System gates work, but have not decided to go with a better gate system after a year? Is it incompetence, laziness, cheap, or a combination of all? 6. Watch where you step when walking on the grass and sidewalk. The is dog poop everywhere! Cross Creek again fails to do anything to reinforce pet owners to clean up after themselves. What's the point in following the rules when there are no consequences?"

"Just recently moved in! Cecily was the staff member who helped my husband and I, and she was able to help us every step of the way. Answered every question we had which was quite a bit since this is the first apartment my husband and I have ever leased. It’s been great so far. Our dogs love the doggy park and absolutely love all the amenities that are available to us. Definitely helped get us excited for this new chapter in our lives!"

"I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place! The staff is amazing! Karlie and Nicole at the office are awesome!!! The maintenance staff is so helpful, friendly and respectful. Matt is always great. The location is perfect! EVERYTHING you need 5 minutes away!! So spacious, and super quite and relax. Kitchen and bathrooms are a little outdated, the extra space and comfort makes it so worth it!! Great place to live!!"
