"I have been looking for an apartment around the Nashville area that checks all of my boxes, (especially feeling safe) and it seemed impossible until I found The Crockett. It's a reasonable distance from downtown, a short drive to the airport, and living here is about to make my commute to work SO much easier. The entire complex is beautiful and has lots of green space that my dog is going to love. I toured the complex on Wednesday, and I got approved the next day! Jeled was so nice and made the process super easy. I cannot wait to move in!"

"The girl that is in the front office did such a horrible job giving me a tour a few days ago. She let me in through the locked door and she did not introduce herself when I told her I was here for my scheduled tour. She was dressed as if she just got out of bed and clocked in. She looked annoyed I was there. She went straight to giving me a sheet of paper with the extra fees and giving me ZERO information about the community. The only amenity she showed me was the pool since we passed it on the way to view the apt. Once we got into the apt she only showed me the washer and dryer and said "these are the stacked washer and dryer" and just stood at the front door with her arms crossed. She didn't say a word. Do better! :)"

"The apartment is new and in a safe location. Very nice and great for the price. I love how safe and secure I feel living here. A couple of complaints I have is about the closing of the pool and use of pool chairs very early in the year. The pool, our only amenity, is closed now mid September and on days like today, where it was 90 degrees and scorching out, I would like to use the pool but couldn't and was told legal action would be placed if i tried (a little much). Also, Fetch, the delivery company we are forced to use is not reliable. They have delivered my package to the incorrect unit before and also delivered a package when i was not home when i requested a signature to be needed. All in all there are ups and downs at The Crockett just like anywhere else and would recommend."
