"Gel Nail Spa is fantastic!! The staff are all so friendly and professional. My friend and I just got our Christmas set and had such a great time. The overall experience was excellent. The service was great and they recreated our inspiration pictures exceptionally. Everything is really clean and tidy. All of the nails I have gotten have never broken and have been extremely good quality!"

"Great nail salon in Lafayette. Everyone there does a really good, detailed job for both shellac manicures and regular pedicures - bonus is everyone is very friendly and sweet. I specially request Julie or Luna because whenever they do gel for me I never ever have anything lift and it will last 2+ weeks. Only downside is even if you call to make an appointment there’s a good chance you will need to wait 5-10 minutes to be seated. They do prefer cash and if not, they ask you pay via Venmo."

"My daughter who is a young teenager went to get her nails done for 8th grade graduation. After her appointment she called me crying because they were crooked and she was very upset. Yes teenagers can be a little dramatic but it’s a big day for her so I do understand. I called and spoke to the manager, Luna, who agreed to have the nails redone for half of the original cost even tho it was her establishment who did it wrong in the first place. After further conversation, she agreed to a full refund. I asked my wife to go back to pick up the full refund and at that point Luna went back on her word. Luna only offered to give back half of it unless my daughter came back in to have her nails removed to get a full refund. Who makes someone come back to remove the work that was done wrong in the first place to get the money back. It’s not about the money, it’s about what’s doing right in my opinion. I explained my daughter does not want to come back in and we’ll go to another shop to get her nails redone. At this point Luna started arguing with me on the phone and therefore I told my wife to just leave. I am in the customer service business and I try to always look at the customers point of view and the big picture. Whoever owns this establishment I think your truly need to look at how you treat your clients. I am a fairly easy person to deal with and just want to be treated fair, but when the manager of your organization starts raising their voice at me and yelling at me, at that point, you have lost my family as a customer and hopefully more."
