"The documents required were confusing; they lead me to believe i had a choice in the anesthesia to be used. I was told i had no choice and it had to be gas; i never felt effects of said gas and i believe i paid for nothing because i had no affect from this gas... The dental asst that helped the dentist with my Procedure today was a very immature RUDE young lady. If i have to deal with her to go there, ill go to another dentist: i was told i wasnt the only patient that complained about her today. Not to mention i sat in Dentist chair almost 40 min before procedure began. It was a miserable day for me at this office !!! Dentist himself was professional, and the desk clerk Yesenia was pleasant and also professional; the dental asst is running my business away. If i ever encounter this lady again, i won't return; and no i won't suggest to people i know to go to this office. FACTS"
