"So i toured this property today and i never felt unsafe like i did today, a dog attack my sister in law who also wanted 3 bedroom. I yelled saying STOP to the dog and the owner yelled at me and we talk forth and back and she said Hold on and went back to her apartment I guess she went for a weapon,we entered the apartment that we were self touring and locked the door later on we went back to the office to return the key and the lady followed us to the office still screaming at us and saying she would smash us and the lady whose name is Jiya who was at the office was there all the time and she said nothing about it not even asking the owner of the dog to step outside untill we are done with our complain. I fell down when I was walking out of the office as I was calling 911 and I hurt my leg and could walk so I hanged up on them and went to hospital drives by my sister in law. Very unsafe and wouldn’t recommend after Jiya wouldn’t step up for her visitors. I want to call the management on Monday as today is Saturday."

"Apartments are new, gated and used to be maintained pretty well. I love the high ceilings, counter tops, as well as my master bathroom's space and shower head with multiple shower settings. Courtesy office is non responsive. I had a neighbor partying until 3 am, two nights in a row. I’ve called 3 times. Once for kids knocking on the door and running and twice for after hour parties. The trash compactor gets filled quick and maintenance honestly needs to be looking out for it because by Monday, trash lines up the wall. The staff are very friendly. However, criticism has to be given as they are unable to control & regulate the disrespectful tenants who leave trash in the halls, the unsupervised kids running in the halls, after hours parties as well as unlawful use of the handicapped parking spaces. Email reminders are sent not nothing has changed. Tenants are going to run this nice place into the ground. The solution is to hire a responsive courtesy officer who can regulate the property after hours because apparently some adults need supervision."

"stephon did such an amazing job fixing our ac and made sure we had cold air before he left & on top of that he was great with my 3 year old son even though he kept following him around and sometimes getting in the way he still performed his job perfectly all while making my son feel included to the point my son didn’t want him to leave because he made a new friend. all in all we have a wonderful maintenance man who gets job done:)"

"The staff at the Cascades are the best! Recently, I had 2 different service requests, and both Cody and Stephon are excellent at solving problems. They were also very kind and courteous. A nice apartment is good, it's the staff that makes the experience great!"
