"The location is great, Management is always changing I think if folks would understand these apartments have been here a long time so yeah things like are gonna go bad. But what you get as an offset is a nice floorplan and location. They make improvements on the property all the time and Rent prices are fair. My biggest issues are no assigned parking and I wish the yard folks would spray for the clover. I would love to have a gate but they seem to break down alot so I know why they don't. I'm not sure if the pools are up and running, so notices about that would be great. They try to promote Tennant activities but I never have alot of time to attend. I like that they try."

"The upstairs apartment had a leak, which took them about two weeks to fix. They told me that the leak was fixed and they had to wait till everything was dry before they could repair the damage. It's been almost 3 months, and they still haven't repaired the damage. I have reached out to the office 4 to 5 times, and still nothing has been done. There is a pant growing out of the ceiling. This is ridiculous. I feel unsafe to cook under this mess of a ceiling. I am unsure what or who I need to contact to get this fixed. I am getting nowhere with the office."

"The first year was great. After that it went down hill. Could never get maintenance to fix anything. My apartment flooded 3 times since I been there from the upstairs. Carpet was pulled up and never put back together then you have wasps that got in the windows and took over I killed at least 100 in one day when you complain they gonna send out pest control which we pay for I never have seen pests control the whole entire time I lived there 3 years.you should never have to call for pest control they should come every month regardless the pool has beenopen 1 time in 3 years.water was always green the only one that was open was the 1 at the office which fools people that come and sign a lease that's a big front don't lease heherhehere wish I would have read them before I rented 1. It should be mandatory that all apartments be inspected for mold before getting stuck into a lease. Clothes moldy had black furniture that was covered in mold and tables told office didn't offer to do anything about it. The mold smells when you enter the front door. I did take pictures of the mold and wasps. Please Don't Rent Here Mold is an understatement its everywhere in the apartment"

"I turly would give this property ZERO stars if I coud. The abououlty worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. They change property managers and office staff every 5 to 6 months. No one ever answers the phone or address any concerns. No will return phones calls or emails. No one in the office takes responsibility for anything, it always blamed on previous management. Torrible pest control issue. The corporate company is no better. Never rent from here or any Lion Real Estate Group property. So glad my lease is up soon. UPDATE 10/18/23 Still dealing with pest issues. No help with noise complaint regarding my neighbors. Property Manager nor the leasing agent has addressed the issues. Still waiting on a call back from the office staff that I requested 3 weeks ago. Still the ABSOLUTE worst apartment. This property is rated a ZERO."

"WASTE of money do not rent from here. Maintenance req are routinely ignored. Mailboxes don’t lock. The chute in my fireplace is fake all my walls turned black when I had to use the fireplace for heat bc they never answered a maintenance emergency. They have abandoned units and laundry rooms that are so run down and they aren’t properly secured. The pool has been open with murky water year round with no lock on the gate. This place is unsafe and disgusting. There is water damage, mold, foundation problems, and I swear the walls aren’t insulated but they will wait until the whole building falls apart."
