"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Our apartment was covered in mold, holes in the walls which, led to a brown recluse infestation, drain issues with our unit, as well as the unit above us which would leak in through our ceiling anytime they showered. After multiple attempts to get these issues fixed, nobody ever came to fix them. After we were forced to move out because of the issues, we tried to come to an agreement with management about lowering the cost. After multiple attempts to call and email them, they never responded and instead sent our final bill straight to collections."

"My 19 year old daughter paid almost 200 for a deposit. It’s been well over a month. NUMEROUS emails and voice mails left. NO call backs. I understand non refundable deposits, but she has a near 800 credit score and income verification. It’s a scam! Call it non refundable all you want, but taking deposits with NO COMMUNICATION about a decision is fraud. This will be escalated to BBB, and other entities. Do not waste your money on a deposit. You will get zero communication. They will just take your money."

"I do not recommend anybody rent here. The units are affordable, but the conditions are nearly unlivable. Our apartment had black mold, brown recluses, water damage, and leaks that never got addressed despite multiple reports. Additionally, there are gaps in all the cabinetry and drywall behind cabinetry that present a safety risk for animals and small children. Finally, the dishwasher was too filthy to function properly and the entire apartment would smell like old framing and mildew every time it rained, leading me to believe there are even more gaps not visible. We ended up having to move out due to the condition of the apartment. Tulip Grove allowed me to break the lease, but is still attempting to charge multiple fees for breaking the lease. Unless you have no other option I would recommend staying as far away from these apartments as possible. I will provide an update if an agreement is reached about fees."

"I've lived here for 4 years and it's been great since day 1!! Sarah and her team in the office are wonderful. They go above and beyond to help any way they can!! Maintenance is always quick to fix any issues. It's definitely a place I love calling my home❤️"

"Lived here almost 4 years now. Move in was smooth and the office staff are fantastic. At nearly 4 years sufficed to say I moved in just prior to covid. Even thru all of that crazy my time here has been nothing but exemplary so far. The new upgrades to the grounds also seem to be coming along nicely. Use the dog park constantly and more excitedly I can’t wait to get on the new grill they have set up in the new pergola. This summer I will be the grill master! One note though: while I absolutely love the tree heavy grounds and the lush green hills an actual playground for all the kids would do us all a world of favor."
