"Terrible quality, and inattentive service. This place is very unprofessional and unorganized. Although this place is budget friendly and somewhat cheap, if you can invest a bit more into your hair/haircut/style, do yourself a favor and find another place. This place used to be good, not anymore. I have been coming here on and off ever since I was in high school, and I have seen how much the quality has decreased over the years. The haircuts are rushed, and they don't seem to really care how it turns out at all. I just recently decided cut my hair that I had been growing it over the past 2 YEARS (thanks to the pandemic) and I did not get anything remotely close to what I asked for. I asked to keep my hair long, but I was disposed off very quickly without any regard of what I wanted. My hair is completely short now, it doesn't matter what your background is, they do not care and will give what they want. Yelp has more reviews that also expose this place for how it really is."

"Terrible service and quality. Overpriced, rushed and rude. From the start, I was not welcome and it went downhill from there. The woman cut way too much hair off completely disregarding my requests, applied random cheap product without discussing it with me, and continued to burn me with the blow dryer even after I mentioned it was too hot. If you're not of Hispanic dissent, you're not welcome here. The experience is going to be terrible."
