"Someone Stole my personal information never been here I am receiving stocks and bonds information and paperwork for investments that I have supposedly made to this business. Idk how they even got my social security number I’ve never been to California. Legal action pending. No excuses"

"Lady applied and shaped the nail tips, then told me to sit in another chair and had me waiting for 45 minutes!! because one of her regulars came in and had “an appointment”. I came in on time to get my nails done before work & I had to leave with just nail tips on. If she had an appointment she could’ve told me she didn’t have time and I could’ve came another day. So unorganized and poor customer service. Do not recommend."

"Nice ladies but First they took over an hour and a half just for a French manicure there was no one ahead or after me but while working on my nails and they made the acrylic too thick to where it was giant lumps on the top of the nails... here is my nail almost 2 weeks later but you can still see what I mean about the nails having bubbles and being different shapes / size"
