Nailsation

"I just came in for a simple gel manicure. What I wanted was all my nails black and one clear nail with a little black heart. The lady could not make the little black heart happen after many tries then we opted for a sticker, the sticker was of a dull color so of course the result was not as good. I was unhappy but I thought lesson learned. Now when I wanted to pay, they charge you 2 dollars for debit card transaction. The lady suggested that I paid via venmo. She took my phone and added herself after I couldn't find her through with her phone number. she had a very common name so she picked a profile and I paid. Then she tells me it didn't go through finally another client gives me her profile and of course it was wrong so now I had to request the money back and paid her again. She didn't even know the difference between zelle and venmo and I understand not everyone is tech savvy but she owns a business and she should know better. By this time I was frustrated and she was too so I would never come back here. I would only recommend for you to come here if you are not getting a design and if you can pay cash"

"Very rude to black customers, until a nasty while girl showed up. They were very nice to her. I will not spend my money in on bad customer service."

"I called and asked how much a full was she said $30. When I arrived, she said $40. The nail polish was old, she did 4 coats which never dried and the very next day two of my nails lifted. The photos below was from the very next morning after a full and polish! Worst spent money and time ever. Plus there were bubbles in my nails after they dried and she didn’t do the top coat to the base of my nail bed so the polish looks extra BAD and chunky! Save your money and time!"
