"Dental care is an essential part of overall health, and I'm happy to say Dr. Pavithra has been my dentist for a few years. She is very down to earth and compassionate. To start, her office is impeccably clean with the latest technology, and the staff are exceedingly helpful, providing a lot of flexibility around scheduling appointments. I've had to reschedule appointments many times and the Astra Dental staff have been very accommodating. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and I never feel rushed or uncomfortable. I came in for the first time since COVID and it was no surprise that I needed some work. Dr. Pavi didn't judge me at all. She educated me about proper dental care and suggested treatments - I never once felt like she was being pushy. Dr. encourages patients to develop good preventive care habits using her extensive knowledge about oral hygiene. As a result, she and Vanessa worked with me on setting up a three-appointment treatment plan, which has been a breeze so far. Additionally, everyone in the office is honest and compassionate with great communication skills. Dr. Pavi is extremely consistent and I whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a new dentist."
