Fortress Grove Apartments

"You are paying a lot of money and whenever you got something wrong in your apartment They take forever to fix it. The dumpster socks, many times doesn’t work and a lot of garbage all over the ground and stinks."

"Just a word of advice, nice place to live but if your not a resident and are a sister, brother, mom, dad, girlfriend, boyfriend, fiance, etc they don't care and if your parked on there property and car is not in there system or on file they will have it taken away wherever you park. I know more than a few residents that can't wait until they can relocate because of this issue. Hope this review helps and hopefully one day they will add additional parking for the complex like a lot of other are doing to fix this ongoing problem!"

"I just moved there The parking it’s all full I Even took pictures cars parked on the side of the road I even told the assistant manager about it I can’t find any place to park my car that’s not right at all they need to figure this out they can put numbers to each apartment and each one park in there spot I’m having this issues every night I even recorded a video of all the apartments parking how the have an open place to live in but they don’t have a parking spot how they run this place it’s ridiculous"

"I have been a resident here since February and I have had a great experience overall. Recently I had a maintenance issue and Sarah was immediately on top of things. Anytime I have questions she is always so quick to get back to me. I also have had great experience with the maintenance crew. Josh is one of the best around. He’s very quick and always goes above and beyond to help me with my requests."
