"I moved in this place in 2016 so nice, the property was well kept. Everything the tenants are saying when they moved out are so true so true avoid this place unless this is the last resort and yes somebody going to respond and say we are so sorry that's what customer service suppose to say. I dealt with mold,no heat, AC even one of the toilet stop working, leaks in the refrigerator and yes very slow I means months go by till it is halfway fix not fix properly halfway till you have to call them back so here is pics of what I dealt with and they probably going to take it down"
"This was a really nice complex in 2014 - a real gem in Antioch with rent below others in the area that were not nearly as nice. It was quiet. The grounds were well kept. Gifts and/or upgrade selections at each lease renewal. Community appreciation events. Maintenance requests were attended to promptly. Parking was managed using a permit system. Then a few years ago a new management company purchased the property. I knew it would be downhill looking at the other properties they owned. Sure enough the rent went up and everything else went down - loud music at all hours, trash strewn about at the mailboxes, overflowing trash dumpsters, an old mattress under a stairwell for months, broken indoor furniture sitting out front, a person who appeared to be squatting in a boarded up apartment with a broken doorknob, unreasonably long delays for repairs, including weeks without AC in the heat of summer. The carpet in unit 148 was not replaced prior to move in 9 years ago, so even though it was vacuumed prior to move out, definitely should have been replaced due to normal wear and tear prior to leasing to another tenant. Yet I was charged for carpet cleaning that was sent to collections without them ever sending me a bill nor contacting me directly and giving me the opportunity to pay. Definitely a zero star property now!"
"This is by far the worst management I’ve ever experienced. They don’t answer their phone, they don’t answer emails, the office is constantly closed but their hours online are unchanged. They don’t fix anything. Avoid this place like the plague. EDIT1: Dear Management, thank you for finally replying to me after all of these months - how have you been? I haven't been doing that great, which I attribute to your lies. I find it quite odd that the only way anyone at your office was going to finally look at the problems I have been experiencing was in the form of a reply from a review, and not the countless emails or calls I have left. Hey, guess what? I went in to the office today, when you were still "open", (according to business hours online) lo and behold - you still weren't there! Do people from your office leave work hours before they're supposed to be closed? If that's the case, I'd strongly suggest updating those hours online. That's one of the countless lies. The most egregious lie you have told me, however, was that you intend on fixing some of the items in the apartment. Some of which, again I emphasize on this review and have emphasized to your face and over email in the past, are a DANGER TO MY PHYSICAL HEALTH. I would be remiss if I did not mention that you have once again updated your resident portal and once again the maintenance portal, that indicates that all prior maintenance requests are lost in the wind. So, pretty please, with sugar on top, fix the items I pay for every month that are broken and have been broken from the start. I get that may not be your bag, I do, but if you answer your door or phone, maybe, just maybe we can re-kindle our relationship for the future. I await your thoughtful reply "
"I have been living here for 3 years and this management is the far worse I ever experience . They want to add fees and valet to make it fancier but they never come get the trash ever . I have met with management or assistant more than I would like to and nothing never get solved they just come with a thousands excuses and tell you everyone is having the same issues. We have a severe cat problem that’s going been going on forever and you ask them about that it’s nothing they can do . I am not the type who complain or leave reviews but for the sake of protecting others please avoid moving in this complex . The trash is impeccable and it’s just not sanitary and clean anymore. They lease the apartments out to anyone I feel like sketchy people anyone they see can pay rent .. my car got broken into and several others and not a care in the world at all no check up on us all they ask if you have a camera ???? Like how is that going to help us if stay on the back of the building . A lot of people are moving and as this will be my last year here ridiculous The pool was broken down for the whole time I’ve been living until now and they only got two months to swim in it lol 0/10 wouldn’t recommend!!!"
"This apartment complex management is terrible and inconsiderate. The time frame for late rent makes no sense to me. I thought it should be the end of the month that’s how other apartments do theirs. And even if things are tough on you and you want to pay half they don’t allow it. Also, the hallways are infected by bugs and are not power wash leaving it to be dirty with bugs and stains. Even though there is valet trash we still have to take our trash to the dumpster. And getting in contact with the office or email reply is terrible. It will take them a while to reply to emails. Even picking up calls is a hassle. They are only emailing when it's time for rent."
