"Even though I booked an appointment at 12 pm, they told me they couldn’t take me and to come back at 2 pm. Then, when I came back at 2 pm, they took 5 people before my appointment time. By this time it was 2:30 pm — they said, they couldn’t guarantee being seen at that time and had to prioritize people with treatments. Worst service possible, never coming back here again."

"Carmen at the front desk was super rude and unwilling to communicate. Never made it known there were different payment options and ran my card without consent. Plus, my appointment was 30 minutes ago I have yet to sit in a chair. Chaotic waiting room not enough chairs. Whole facility is lackluster. Starting with the front desk."

"Horrible experience. My husband had a dental emergency, an abscess with broken tooth under a cap. Got an appointment through the 800 number, explained it was an emergency, etc and got him an appointment. He called off work and went to the local office per the instruction. Once there, they told him they couldn't do anything because he was listed under a dentist in NV (we live in CA) and it would take a month to move his care. Huh? For an emergency? Also the office manager doesn't like that insurance. Apparently the 800 number doesn't know this. Called insurance, they sent him to another Western Dental office where they said they can't do anything but give him a prescription for antibiotics. That was three days ago, we are still chasing that prescription and no resolution for the tooth issue. Also, it takes forever to get the phone answered, horrible customer care and clearly no concern for an emergency."

"Everyone was kind and I was seen very quickly. My only complaint is that they were unable to treat me because their Ortho surgeon only comes in once a month. Which I found very odd considering I was there because of an emergency. I do still plan on going back though."

"This is very bad cx service. I made it to my appt on time but they are running behind. Since they are running behind they kept pressuring me to r/s the rest of my appt at 5pm and they don’t close until 6pm. I needed a full exam and only did the X-ray of my teeth. This is not right, and not good service. People should not have to r/s. I took off work early to come and don’t have set schedule. I scheduled this appt to do a full exam so I would be able to get my teeth cleaned. They will not schedule you to get your teeth cleaned unless you have a full exam 1st. I asked well then can I get my teeth cleaned the same appt I finish the rest of my exam? They said they might not be possible since they are not sure what type of cleaning I would need. I am very disappointed and frustrated with wasting my time and still didn’t get done what I was expecting to have done. They do not care of peoples time and service."
