"Great location, huge dog park, and a beautiful trail behind the complex. Management does a great job with maintenance. Great value also!!"
"There is always confusion when dealing with this company. Be prepared to communicate your request 10 times before you get an answer. The the answer you get will be incorrect and someone else will email you totally different info. No one knows what they are doing. Car Break ins Weekly, amenities are always broken."
"Lived here for a year and can say that this complex was pretty nice considering the following experiences: 1. An upstairs neighbor's apartment caught on fire, and the whole 800 building was destroyed overnight. Rick, Taylor, and the community manager were up getting the Red Cross in to get people some financial help and even got the clubhouse open for food and water. I can say that the staff were dependable and just genuinely good people. 2. As a lot of other reviews mention, my apartment had a mold problem that I put in tickets for. I treated the wall with bleach on some spots, but the vents were a repeat problem that had to be cleaned up by the maintenance team. I just wish the apartment had a more long-lasting solution to the mold. 3. My apartment tended to have brown recluses even after treatments. They were easy to take care of, but I didn't like the jumpscares in the mornings."
"this complex is horrible. management is rude and if they don't want to deal with you, they will just ghost you. our water bill was randomly $400 when it was normally $50 and they refused to provide any documentation as to why it was this high and forced us to pay so we did not incur late fees. one time our fuse box was sparking and they told us they couldn't do anything because it was not actively on fire! makes sense why there have been multiple fires at this complex. there were spiders everywhere in our cabinets and rooms, when we put in a pest control request, they literally just put a single bug trap by our door. on the move out, we didn't hear from them for a month after we moved out and then one day randomly got a bill for $500 for a "damaged carpet spot". they will drain you of all your money all for a less than 500 square foot apartment!!!!!"
"We dealt with a mold issue in our bathroom for the entire 14 month lease. In the beginning, the painted-over mold looked fine. As we started to live in and clean our bathroom, we noticed paint peeling away to reveal black mold spreading from the back corner of the tub. Bleach and knowing our lease was coming due kept us from a complaint, but after receiving our final statement and being charged for “tub damage”, our communication with Polo Park is far from over. We were not the only unit or building with this mold issue. This health hazard is not “damage”. EDIT: we also had a friend move into the building right across from us and we’re denied any referral benefits without reason"
