"Seriously one of the better experiences I’ve had with a dentist office! My first time going in was actually for an infected wisdom tooth, which was EXTREMELY painful. Dr. Fong was responsive (even on his day off), and was able to see me as soon as possible. I’ve developed a bit of dental anxiety as I’ve gotten older, but Dr. Fong was extremely patient, calm, and informative. I have Invisalign aligners, and he offered to trim the wisdom teeth off of them for me after my extraction so I didn’t have to drive 40 minutes to my orthodontist. He also thoroughly explained the alignment of my bite, and everything else that was going on with my teeth. He even checked on me after the procedure, when I went home, which I have never experienced with any other dentist. Not only him, but the entire staff eased a lot of my nerves. Sandra was awesome with consoling me when I was clearly panicking. She also went above and beyond with getting me scheduled for follow up appointments, providing me with a list of foods I could eat after the extraction, and checking up on me after I went home to make sure I was okay. She is awesome!! Aleda (spelling?) was very patient with me when trying to get my X-rays, when I could barely open my mouth from the pain. She made me laugh, and she really did a thorough job explaining the after care process. When I came back a week later for my cleaning, Jessica was awesome! I’ve always hated getting my teeth cleaned because I’m uncomfortable with the water pooling at the back of my mouth while lying flat on my back. She took the extra time to use suction after every few teeth. It really was a nice touch that made the experience so much more relaxing. My experience at Dr. Fong’s office felt extremely personalized. Everyone did such an amazing job of making me feel at ease. I have never kept a dentist for longer than a couple years because I’ve never had experiences that were great. As long as I’m in the Bay Area, I will definitely be going to Dr. Fong for all of my dental needs!"
