"I'm posting this because I told Rupie I would. I had an appointment with her to get henna brows and eyelash extensions on the day and at the time she told me. I got there 15 min early and she wasn't there. Rupie ended up telling the other lady who was there that it was scheduled for the following day. No, you gave me the day and time that you were available and I showed up. I reached out via text and told her it was disappointing she didn't make her scheduled appointment. I wasn't able to get the eyelash extensions, but the lady who was there was able to do my henna brows. They could've been done A LOT better. She used a eyebrow stencil that can be found on Amazon for half the price I paid and I had to remove some staining with rubbing alcohol to fix my brow shape. Not a good experience at all and apparently she's the owner?? Yikes!"
